1. Properly completed, 2021 Urban Development Authority projects and. Application form in Schedule 1 of Development Orders or application form received from council in non-urban development areas.
2. Attested copy of applicant National Identity Card.
3. 05 copies of building plan certified by competent person (according to the nature of construction, suitable qualified person can be ascertained from front office of council).
4. Copy of the approved survey plan of the land on which the building is to be constructed (applicable only to urban development areas notified under the Urban Development Authority Act)
5. Certificates issued by the institutions mentioned in the application form depending on the construction nature of the building.
6. In case the applicant is not the owner of the land, consent letter from the land owner.
7. A land map showing the surrounding area for easy access to the location of the land.
8. Through an authorized attorney Certified copy of land deed.
